Very responsive even after informing him it wasn't emergency he made time for us the next day, even after he told us he was 2 weeks out in appts. Full disclosure up front on his rates, experienced and that his business is not overshadowed with overhead and associated expenses passed on to the customer. I've been searching for quite some time for the "plumber" to address my needs, search is over and complete with Gallagher Plumbing...
